How old does my child have to be to join a coaching session?We can accept children on our sessions after their 5th Birthday.

Where do the coaching or fitness sessions take place?We can come to your home (all sessions are outdoors during COVID restrictions), we can meet you in a local public park or we can use Maidenhead RFC by appointment.
